Refund and Cancellation Policy

At H.E.R Testing Co., we value your time and ours. To keep appointments running smoothly:

1. Cancellations
•You may cancel up to 48 hours before your scheduled appointment with no penalty.
•Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment will be subject to a $25 late cancellation fee.

2. Rescheduling
•You may reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours in advance at no additional cost.
•Same-day rescheduling may incur a $25 fee, depending on availability.

3. No-Shows
•If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment and have not contacted us to cancel or reschedule, you will be charged the full service fee.

4. Mobile Collections
•For mobile services, cancellations made less than 48 hours of the scheduled time will be subject to a mobile service call fee of $25 to cover travel time.

5.Non-Refundable

All payments made for services are non-refundable. This policy applies to all DNA testing, drug testing, background checks, fingerprinting, and mobile/on-site services.
• No Refunds: Once payment has been made, it cannot be refunded for any reason, including client cancellations, no-shows, or changes of mind.
